Guanacaste Cottage 2

Guanacaste cottage 2 is located in a separate room with bunk beds available for a group sharing one dormitory area. The large room has space 12 to 18 guests in a layout of 6 bunk beds, full size on the bottom bed and single size on the top that could be rented for single, double or triple occupancy. The room is connected to a full bath. Next to the room is a shared kitchen fully equipped and a lounge and dinning area.

The Cottage is surrounded by palm trees and fruit trees and next to a luscious forest. Trails are available inside the property as well as in the vicinity of the Retreat. 

The entire property with all units could be rented for your next retreat or reunion.

The gated property is a fenced, secure, peaceful 5 acres with over 100 mature mango trees, palm trees and surrounded by forest.  There is a large covered dining area, full kids' playground, fruit tree grove, covered basketball hoop, grassy areas, a large swimming pool, meditation/yoga areas and a trail in the small forest on the property.  There is also a full sized kitchen located in the lounge building with an ample area for reading.

Cañafistula is a town about 8 miles/13 kms South East of Tamarindo and 15miles/24 kms west of Santa Cruz. It is a quiet town with hills with a restaurant, mini-market and pool. Veintisiete de Abril and Villarreal are the nearest towns, about 4-5 miles away, with bigger supermarkets and more businesses.  Playa Avellanas and Tamarindo beaches are about 15 minutes by car.
