This Cottage is a family style house with a large area with bedroom and living room integrated to the kitchen and  dining room for entertainment. It has a full bathroom with shower and toiletries. The fully equipped kitchen in the Pochote Cottage can accommodate daily meals or you may arrange for the meals to be prepared for you daily at RusTeak Living. You may also enjoy daily breakfastat the central kitchen in the hotel. It is just an order away.

Pochote cottage is surrounded by fruit trees, a large grassy area and paths to walk around the forest.

The gated property is a fenced, secure, peaceful 5 acres with over 100 mature mango trees, palm trees and surrounded by forest.  There is a large covered dining area, full kids' playground, fruit tree grove, covered basketball hoop, grassy areas, meditation/yoga areas and a trail in the small forest on the property. 

Around the hotel

Cañafistula is a town about 8 miles South East of Tamarindo and 15 miles east of Santa Cruz. It is a quiet town with hills with a restaurant, mini-market and pool. Veintisiete de Abril and Villarreal are the nearest towns, about 4-5 miles away, with bigger supermarkets and more businesses.  Playa Avellanas and Playa Tamarindo are about 15 minutes by car.
